Transportation
Tesoro would like to offer you free transportation to and from the event. A Le Bus bus with a Tesoro representative will be arriving outside of the Merrill Engineering Building at the University of Utah (50 Central Campus Drive) at 1:30pm and will leave at 1:45pm for Tesoro. There is a large parking lot on the north side of the building. The bus will take you back after the visit and will drop you off at approximately 4:35pm.
Please note that the preference is for you to accept this free transportation so that we can streamline the check-in and security process; however, we do understand that some of you may not be able to ride with us due to prior commitments. Please let me know if you plan to take the bus or arrange your own transportation by Tuesday, April 10th. If you are unable to ride the bus, I will follow up with additional information on parking and where you can check-in.
Information Needed
To streamline the check-in and security process, we will need you to provide us with each attendees First and Last Name, Date of Birth, and your Driver’s License State and Number. We would also like to know attendees classification (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate Student).

TBD; below you’ll find the schedule for last year. We’ll look to mirror this as much as possible since it worked well. One notable difference being that we’re setting up for everyone to arrive at Tesoro by 2:00pm instead of 3:00pm per your guidance.

Casual dress but please wear closed toed shoes and pants (not shorts) are recommended.
